Whether you’re celebrating, reconnecting, or simply wanting to offer your people a meaningful experience, each session is crafted with care, warmth, and a personal touch. Your class is fully customized to your group’s goals, energy, and experience levels. We can keep it grounding and slow, make it energizing and playful, or blend it all into a mindful flow that supports everyone from total beginners to seasoned yogis. To make your experience even more memorable, sessions can include: • Guided meditation or yoga nidra • Sound healing for deep relaxation • Yoga mats for your whole group • A custom music playlist curated to match your vibe • Aromatherapy or essential oil moments • Journaling prompts or reflection time • Chair yoga options for accessibility • A sweet group photo at the end to capture the energy, connection, and glow you’ve created together! Perfect for bachelorette celebrations, corporate wellness, birthdays, family gatherings, retreats, or any event where you want something heartfelt, fun, and unforgettable. If you have a vision, we can shape the class to match it—we can make it exactly what you need it to be. Rates: • $250 for up to 8 participants (Small Group) • $325 for up to 16 participants (Medium Group) • $450 for up to 25 participants (Large Group) • $525 for up to 33 participants (Extra Large Group) I’m truly looking forward to creating a beautiful experience for your group!
Booking Policies
Yoga on the Beach: Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Waiver Policies To maintain the quality and consistency of Yoga on the Beach (Group and Private) sessions, the following policies apply: By attending or booking a session, clients agree to these terms: Booking and Attendance Policy • Advance booking is encouraged to secure your spot, but drop-ins are welcome as space permits. • Payment is required at the time of booking. Drop-in participants must submit payment before the session begins. • Session times and locations may vary due to weather, tides, or instructor availability. Updates will be communicated via email or text. Cancellation Policy • All bookings are non-refundable. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a credit toward a future session. • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend, will not be credited or refunded. • If a session is canceled by the instructor due to weather or other circumstances, clients will receive a credit to reschedule. Rescheduling Policy • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to instructor approval and availability. • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session is not permitted. • The instructor reserves the right to reschedule sessions at any time. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or credit. Participant Agreement Policy • By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that yoga involves physical movement and that you are participating voluntarily. • You agree to listen to your body, practice within your limits, and consult a healthcare professional if needed. • You understand that the instructor and studio are not liable for any injuries or issues that may arise from your participation. • You accept full responsibility for your well‑being during all classes. General Terms • These policies are designed to protect the time, energy, and resources of the instructor and ensure a consistent experience for all participants. • Exceptions are made solely at the instructor’s discretion. • By booking or attending a session, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
